Renewals should not consume the committee's summer. Card payments can run through Stripe to the incorporated association's own account, while transfers remain visible on the member record. Reminders go to outstanding members without a treasurer writing each one. SportsHQ takes no platform percentage, and clean exports support the club's wider accounts and GST work.

The association retains its payment records after a committee change. The next treasurer can see prior income and current unpaid fees immediately.

Questions
How can an Australian club collect fees?
Members can use a card through the club's own Stripe account. Transfers are recorded against the same person, so both methods feed one payment list. Automated reminders focus attention on members whose fees remain outstanding.
Does SportsHQ charge a transaction percentage?
No platform percentage is taken from the club's receipts. Stripe applies its own card processing charge and pays the balance into the association's Stripe account. Any GST handling remains part of the club's normal accounting responsibilities.
Can we continue accepting transfers?
Yes. An authorised volunteer records the transfer against the correct membership. It then appears with online card payments in the same view. The committee keeps one answer rather than comparing a bank export with another spreadsheet.
Is this a complete accounts package?
No. It manages club fees, event charges, payment status, reminders and exports. The accounts package still deals with all spending, formal accounts and GST. The export gives that process a cleaner starting point at year end.
Will records remain after handover?
Yes. Authorised incoming office bearers receive the same payment history and current outstanding list. The information stays with the incorporated association, so a change of treasurer does not remove access or the meaning behind prior entries.
