Members can pay dues by card through Stripe into the club's own account, while bank payments remain on the same record. Automatic reminders show the treasurer who still owes money. Every membership gets its price

Junior, senior, student, family and social categories can carry distinct dues. Mid-season joins can be priced proportionately where the club chooses.

Activity charges stay connected

Training, entries and social tickets can be collected beside membership. The treasurer reconciles them through the same familiar process.

Club income stays with the club

SportsHQ takes no percentage from money collected. Stripe applies its own processing charge and pays into the club's Stripe account.

Figures are ready for officers

Paid, unpaid, amounts and dates can be exported. The treasurer does not rebuild the year from several payment histories.

Records survive the next election

A new treasurer receives the club's payment history and current position. They do not inherit unexplained sheets and a box of checks.

The same job in four sports

This is the bit a general platform cannot do. Same feature, shaped by what the sport actually needs.

Questions

How can an American club collect dues online?

Members pay by card through Stripe, using the club's own Stripe account. Their membership record updates with the payment. Checks and bank payments can still be recorded manually, leaving officers one current list of who has paid.

Does SportsHQ take part of our income?

No. SportsHQ adds no platform transaction fee to dues or activity income. Stripe charges its normal processing fee for card transactions, and the proceeds travel to the club's own Stripe account rather than through SportsHQ.

Can members still pay by check?

Yes. An officer marks that payment against the member, just as they would a bank payment. It then appears with card receipts on the same dues list. The club does not need a separate reconciliation sheet.

Does this replace accounting software?

No. It covers the member-facing job: charges, payments, outstanding dues, reminders and a usable export. Your accounting package still handles the full books, reporting and any sales tax treatment that applies to the organization.

What does the incoming treasurer receive?

They receive controlled access to historic receipts, outstanding amounts, member charges and exports. Because those records belong to the club, the handover does not depend on recovering files or understanding somebody else's payment app labels.
