Who runs this site

This website is operated by HQ SOFTWARE LTD, trading as SportsHQ, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17341989, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site explains the HQ family of club management apps, points you towards the right one for your sport, and lets you enquire about a custom build. It is information and a way to get in touch. It is not the software itself and no account is created here.

Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. A subscription to any HQ app is agreed on that app's own site, under its own terms.

Accuracy and pricing

We work hard to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of error or completely up to date at every moment.

Prices shown here describe the pricing model across the HQ family and are given in good faith. They can change, and the price that applies to your club is the one published on that app's own site at the time you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT or local sales tax unless we say otherwise.

Statements about what an app can do describe the product as it stands. Where something is still being built we say so on the page.

Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
• Submit false details, spam or malicious content through any form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

Enquiries you send us

When you send an enquiry you confirm the details you have given are accurate and that you are entitled to give them. If you include somebody else's details, such as another committee member, you confirm they are happy for you to do so.

What happens to that information is set out in our privacy policy.

Our content

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read the site, print pages and share links freely. You may not republish our content as your own or use our branding without written permission.

Names of other products mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. We refer to them only to describe and compare software, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied in either direction.

Links to other sites

This site links out to the individual HQ apps and occasionally to third party sites such as governing bodies. We are not responsible for the content of any site we do not run, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

This site is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content, or from any inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
