Questions
Which figures should a board see regularly?
Keep current membership by category, upcoming renewals, attendance, equipment or facility use, and income against the prior season available. These numbers answer the recurring operating questions and show where an officer needs to look more closely.
Can officers download the underlying data?
Yes. Authorized officers can export the club's records for detailed review or use in another system. A fixed dashboard is useful for routine meetings, but the organization retains access to the underlying information.
Will reporting help a funding application?
It provides recorded membership and participation figures that a funder may request. That lets the club describe activity with evidence rather than estimates. The software does not guarantee funding or decide which expenses a scheme will accept.
