A season roster works when members can see dates, responsibilities, qualifications and their total share. What makes a fair US club roster?
Show the entire season, display each person's duty count, attach credentials to restricted roles and record every approved exchange. Members can judge the allocation themselves, while officers retain one current version of each assignment.
How should members exchange duties?
The assigned member finds an eligible replacement, both agree and the change is recorded in the shared roster. A restricted role keeps its qualification or check requirement. Group texts alone should not become the final record.
Is the roster template free?
