Annual returns use existing figures
Export membership and activity totals for the relevant governing body. Officers avoid piecing the on-water season together afterwards.
Detailed data remains downloadable
Every underlying record can be exported when another breakdown is needed. The club retains control beyond the standard report screens.
Funding forms get firmer numbers
Recorded participation can support work for the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme or Local Sports Partnerships without rough estimates.

Questions
Which numbers should our committee receive?
Show current membership by category, renewal position, attendance, kit or facility use, and income against last season. These figures answer regular management questions and make any worrying change easier to identify and investigate.
Can club officers export the records?
Yes. Authorised people can download the detailed information for analysis, returns or another system. The standard reports make meetings easier, but the club can still access the full data behind every figure shown.
Will it strengthen a funding application?
It gives the committee recorded membership and participation evidence instead of estimates. That can support an application, although the club must still check the scheme terms and make its own case for the proposed cost.
