Questions
Which reports help a Canadian committee?
Current membership by category, renewal status, attendance, equipment or facility use, and income against last season cover the usual questions. A committee can then investigate exceptions instead of using meeting time to assemble basic totals.
Can the not-for-profit export everything?
Yes. Authorised officers can download the detailed records whenever the club needs another format or deeper check. The dashboard handles routine views, but it does not prevent the corporation from accessing its own information.
How does it help with funding?
The system provides recorded member and participation numbers for forms that request them. This makes an application more accurate and repeatable. The club still checks each funder's current criteria and decides which programme fits.
