One pricing model runs across every app in the HQ family. Your price is set by one number, how many active members your club has, and every band contains every feature. No quotes, no sales call before you see a figure.
What your club would pay in Ireland
Three points on the scale. Each app publishes its full band table on its own site.

- A month at 251-300 members, the top published band. Above 300 members we agree a custom price.
Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing is charged at 10 months, so two months are free. Your band is checked at renewal only.
Members pay their subs by card through Stripe, settling into your club's own Stripe account. We take no percentage; Stripe's processing fee is the only deduction.
If even the entry band is a stretch this season, there are grants your club can apply for that comfortably cover it.
What you are never charged for
Committees get caught out by the extras rather than the headline price. These are the ones we do not have.
Feature tiers
There is no premium plan. Every band contains the whole product, so you never discover the thing you need sits one tier up.
Transaction fees
We take no percentage of your subs or event income. Card payments run through Stripe, whose processing fee is the only cut.
Setup or onboarding fees
Getting your club onto the system costs nothing. Neither does help moving your existing member list across.
Per administrator charges
Put your whole committee on it. Adding a treasurer, a safety officer or a new captain does not change the bill.
Support charges
Support is included in every band, free one included. Nobody pays extra to get a reply.
Exit fees
Your data is yours. Export it and leave whenever you like, with no charge for the privilege.

Building the HQ for a sport that is not on this list works differently. Founding clubs get it cheap or free while we build it together.

How much does club management software from SportsHQ cost?
Every HQ app is free for clubs with up to 20 active members. Above that you pay a flat monthly price set by the band your active member count falls into, starting at €18 a month for a 21-30 member club and reaching €140 a month at 251-300 members. Clubs above 300 members get a custom price.
Is the free band a trial?
No. It is a permanent band with the full product in it. A club with 20 active members can run on an HQ app indefinitely without paying, and without a card on file.
What counts as an active member?
A member who can log in and use the club during the current season. Lapsed members, alumni and archived records do not count towards your band.
Do bigger clubs get more features?
No. There are no feature tiers. The smallest club on the free band uses exactly the same product as the largest club paying a custom price.
Are there transaction fees on payments?
Not from us. Your payment provider will charge its own processing fee, but SportsHQ takes no percentage of your subs or event income.
What happens if the club grows mid-season?
Nothing immediately. Your band is checked at renewal, so growing during the year never triggers a surprise charge.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing is charged at 10 months, so you get two months free.
