RowHQ and KanuHQ are free for up to 20 active members, then use flat monthly bands. SailHQ publishes indicative GBP pricing and confirms a quote for your club. Choose your app before comparing costs.
RowHQ pricing in Ireland
Three points from RowHQ's published member bands. KanuHQ also publishes member bands, in GBP only. These are not SailHQ prices.

- A month for a 21-30 member club. The first paid band, and where most small clubs land.

- A month at 251-300 members, the top published band. Above 300 members we agree a custom price.
Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing is charged at 10 months, so two months are free. Your band is checked at renewal only.
Members pay their subs by card through Stripe, settling into your club's own Stripe account. We take no percentage; Stripe's processing fee is the only deduction.
If even the entry band is a stretch this season, there are grants your club can apply for that comfortably cover it.
What RowHQ and KanuHQ include
Their published member bands include the full product. SailHQ has a separate quote and optional extras, so this list does not describe SailHQ's offer.
Feature tiers
There is no premium plan. Every band contains the whole product, so you never discover the thing you need sits one tier up.
Transaction fees
We take no percentage of your subs or event income. Card payments run through Stripe, whose processing fee is the only cut.
Setup or onboarding fees
Getting your club onto the system costs nothing. Neither does help moving your existing member list across.
Per administrator charges
Put your whole committee on it. Adding a treasurer, a safety officer or a new captain does not change the bill.
Support charges
Support is included in every band, free one included. Nobody pays extra to get a reply.
Exit fees
Your data is yours. Export it and leave whenever you like, with no charge for the privilege.

How much does club management software from SportsHQ cost?
Prices depend on the app. RowHQ is free for up to 20 active members, then starts at €18 a month for 21-30 members in this country. KanuHQ publishes GBP member bands. SailHQ provides indicative GBP pricing and confirms a quote for each club.
Is the free band a trial?
No. RowHQ and KanuHQ publish a permanent free band for up to 20 active members, with every feature included and no card required. This is not a SailHQ offer.
What counts as an active member?
A member who can log in and use the club during the current season. Lapsed members, alumni and archived records do not count towards your band.
Do bigger clubs get more features?
RowHQ and KanuHQ include every feature in every member band. SailHQ lists optional paid extras in its calculator, so confirm what your quote includes.
Are there transaction fees on payments?
RowHQ and KanuHQ take no percentage of your subs or event income. Your payment provider charges its own processing fee. For SailHQ, confirm payment costs as part of your quote.
What happens if the club grows mid-season?
RowHQ and KanuHQ publish renewal-only band reviews. Confirm member-count reviews and any price changes with SailHQ when agreeing your quote.
Is annual billing cheaper?
RowHQ and KanuHQ charge 10 months for annual billing. SailHQ also shows an annual discount in its indicative calculator. Confirm the final total before agreeing to pay.
